We have a 30 day return policy. 30 days after your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced item are eligible for refund. There are no refunds for sale items.
Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or denial of refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and your account will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Defects or Damaged Items
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theburningstump2020@gmail.com and we will supply you with a return address.
If you received an item as a gift, you will receive credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the gift giver will be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Times and Tracking
Depending on your location, shipping times may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your item during return shipping.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. Depending on your credit card company or bank’s processing policy, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
